The APT Mailing Assistant provides you with an easy way to produce professional looking envelopes and labels using your computers printer. The program supports several sizes of envelopes and mailing labels, as well as the capability to define your own “custom” labels. All envelopes and larger labels are printed with POSTNET delivery point bar codes. Both names and addresses are stored in address files (or address books). You can have as many different address books as you want. You might want one for business contacts, another for prospects, and still another for friends and associates. APT Mailing Assistant’s merge facility makes it easy to combine multiple address files in a single file for large mailings. The primary window of APT Mailing Assistant shows you the return and send names that will be used when an envelope or label is printed. The small window at the bottom of the main window is the APT Mailing Assistant Selections window. This window indicates the current address file being used, the selected, the label or envelope being used, paper orientation, and paper bin. You can print a single envelope or label with the addresses in the primary window. When printing a single label, you can select which label on a sheet to use, allowing you to reuse the sheet until all labels have been printed. You can also do a mass mailing with the group mail option. This option is great for Christmas cards, invitations, or any mailing to a group of people within an address book.Mailing list manager, prints envelopes and labels with postnet codes
